Emergency Sickness Protection (ESP). Where available is available only to Canadian renters and international renters with valid non U.S. passports. You’ll pay for ESP, if you accept it. You will be charge the rate per day for a full day even if you don’t have the car for the entire day. ESP is offered by an independent insurer and is explain in a brochure available at the counter.
